Homework 4: Turtle Drawing
Objective: To make a drawing using turtle graphics
Write a program using turtle graphics to draw something of your choosing. Any drawing is fine, according to the following:
Rules
- Your program should ask the user at least two questions, and use the answers to help make the drawing.
- Your drawing must have at least 20 lines in it.
- As with every assignment, you must write all the code yourself. Do not copy any code other people have written.
- Make sure to put a comment at the top of your program with your name, the name of this assignment and class (110A Homework 4), and a brief description of what the program does.
- Like with Homework 3, you must turn in both the Python source code and two
sample outputs:
- The Python source code should be in a text file (.txt). At the end of the text file, please paste the text of the questions and answers used for your 2 sample outputs.
- In addition to the text file, please submit 2 files showing the turtle graphics output for both sample runs. These output files can be screen shots or image files showing the drawings created. You can use your computer's screen capture feature, or snap a (CLEAR) picture with your phone. Please use one of the following common file formats: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif, or .tif
- For Windows computers, here are the instructions for capturing your drawing's image: Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN. Then paste (CTRL+V) the image into an Office program or drawing application, and save the file.
(More details here.)
- For Mac computers, here are instructions to capture a screen image.
- Make sure to submit your homework using Canvas.
